Ok I've had enough. Release the Kracken. Impeach the #ucker.

What's "reasonable" is starting to tilt the other way. Let the Senate be the traitors, assholes that they are. We can't give Congress an out and punt to the people. That precedent would be too damned dangerous. Not when they can cheat to win.

Everybody is fucking punting. It's time to run the damn ball.

4. I've been reading it too and I'm fed up.

We can't allow the standard for impeachment to become proof of a crime which is what they are doing. Adam Schiff is right. Unethical conduct which undermines our values and democracy must remain a factor. Besides which. From my reading of the report, crimes were clearly committed even if Mueller didn't want to say so.

And then consider the fact that he's promising pardons to people willing to break the law for him. That right there should have broken the camel's back.

This thing is going way too far.

5. +1, I've worked in IT all my life ... I"m gobsmacked at the amount of data Russians had access to

... and people are intimating that we should not believe they took no benefit from.

6. Yeah he's got to go except impeachment won't even do it! Anybody who is too busy to read the report

well just gaze at the table of contents to get an idea of what the hell.

3. But, but, but we might fumble! Then what would happen?

Better to have a good defense than to win the game. Amirite?

8. That's all we do is play defense.

Time to run it right down their throats! Right up the gut!

Let's do some damn offense for a change.

7. I was listening to

Randi Rhodes today, She brought the point if impeaching him is on the table his supporters would protect and vote for him again and if the Congress does not do their Constitutional job people will stay home and not vote.

What do you guys think??

9. Well one flaw with this is his followers are going to come out and vote for him no matter what.

The rest of it, Rhodes is too early with that kind of speculation.

12. They are going to do that anyway.

"Aw let's not do anything because the deplorables will vote for the bastard". Got news for you. That horse has already left the barn.

They can't win without cheating. Yet this argument is to allow the cheating to continue. Have you heard this administration say one word about stopping Russia from interfering? Of course not! Not one thing has been done to diminish Russian interference. Nothing.

15. I'll give you this too.

If you take electronic voting machines from MI, FL, WI, PA or GA I'd be willing to bet that if you vote 100% D out of 100 test votes it wouldn't come out 100-0. More like 94-6 or 95-5. They are either compromised from within or the Russians hacked the results.

10. To not impeach given his conduct sets a terrible precedent.

It's time for that old typing learning tool phrase: "Now is the time for all good men (and women) to come to the aid of their country".

I can't think of anything more patriotic at the moment than to put your career on the line for your country. Damn the torpedoes!

19. That is like saying, "if we Impeach him, his voters will get mad and beat us up"

On the other hand if we don't impeach him, how many Democratic voters are going to throw their hands up an say, "fuck voting. It doesn't make any difference who wins"

16. If we don't, the historical record will show

That Bill Clinton was impeached, but a Democratic house did not see fit to impeach Trump. Is that really the legacy the Democratic House wants to leave behind?

17. Mythbustrrs

Yes, Clinton's personal approval went up immediately after he was impeached, BUT..
The GOP then won the House, the a Senate, and the WH in the following elections.

People aren't going to like the Democrats for being afraid to do their jobs.

18. The puppet is a national security risk.

Christ on a trailer hitch, fight back. It's urgent.

Get rid of him, before he stages a Reichstag Fire Sept. the 11th moment.

He's a mobbed up goon, he is putin's puppet.

He and his filthy party suck at security, (see Sept. 2001). They let our enemy attack our Democracy in 2016. They purged all the best people at tracking Russians. Because they want to do Putins bidding. MOB.

They looked the other way at "lights blinking red" in 2001. They are horrible at governing, they steal all our money and take away our rights.

They never go away, they just come back more virulent and ugly than ever.
Hold them to account, for once.

20. Yes. Force Senate Republicans to go on record voting to protect an obvious criminal.

The furious backlash will make 2020 an even bigger blue wave than 2018.

The people deserve hearings on this existential threat to democracy.

24. I agree. And to wallow in apathy is a certain way to dishearten voters and

would be voters. We have to put politics aside and do the right thing for our country and our party.

23. Hold tight..Nancy Pelosi has gotten the message from the majority of Democratic voters

and when the evidence is ready fro presentation then....Trump is fucked.
We wont have to go through the total impeachment process because voters will demand the Senate impeach and Trump like Nixon will resign,.
