Show her passages. I tell my wife all the time that if we allow the lies to be put out there without challenging them, we are complicit

Let them have a few more days. Ask her to shut up (figuratively of course) about the 'nothing there' though.
if there's no 'there there', then there's no need to talk about it over dinner....'Um, pass the egg salad please.' wink.

around. Trying to argue her over would have been a flop. What changed her was all the "we're going to make him fail" crap.

Trump put the cap on it. She used to be an officer in the county GOP. She is a dedicated Rachael Maddow follower and she took time to really listen to Hillary Clinton and liked everything she heard. She'd vote for Michelle Obama in a heart beat.

My sister in law is a liberal and her husband is a conservative, they don’t talk politics and when she comes home he has to turn off Fox.

which is how she'd likely take it if you tried to convince her off her "news."

They say it's harder to get someone to change their political views than their religious views.

Me? I'd find a way to block Fox (parental controls?)

You should buy her a copy and say read it and then give me your opinion.

I’d say print it up but between the a ream of paper and expensive print ink it’s cheaper to buy a copy. And then tell her you’ll buy her a box of chocolates, a dozen roses or a new outfit if she does!
