Congress must have the full unredacted report and grand jury testimony in order to adequately

If they do not have this they will be roaming in the dark, unable to hold witnesses to their prior statements. Why because they don’t know exactly what those statements were. Any witness can flavor testimony one way and not be lying and our Congress persons would be unaware. It is like tying their hands and blindfolding themselves.
