Shugerman (law professor at Fordham) says Mueller proved Trump conspired with Russia!

https://www.nytimes.com/2019/04/25/opinion/mueller-trump-campaign-russia-conpiracy-.html

William Barr accurately quoted it as saying that “the investigation did not establish” that the Trump campaign “conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.”

But the opposite is also true: The Mueller report does establish that, in fact, members of the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.

How is this possible? It’s the difference between the report’s criminal prosecution standard of proof “beyond a reasonable doubt” and a lower standard — the preponderance standard of “more likely than not” — relevant for counterintelligence and general parlance about facts, and closer to the proper standard for impeachment.

1. One example:

In the Mueller Report:

On election night - At 2:40AM Trump spoke to Hillary Clinton. At "████" (redacted time) after Trump called Dmitriev and said “Putin has won”

4. Thanks for providing the exact exhibit from Mueller Report

It still has me stunned

Has there ever been a Presidential Elect that made a call (at any time - but especially as his next call) to tell ANYONE that the winner of the election wasn’t themselves but rather the Leader of a Foreign Adversary???? Especially one who meddled and interfered in the election with attempts to alter the election?

This to me is a smoking gun of collusion and that Trump was working with Putin and the Russians and is compromised and owned by them

8. 👋

Definitely a smoking gun.
Someone in the incoming administration sent that text and it may have been Addleall Taint himself.

2. Was Mueller charged with using the standard of proof "beyond a reasonable doubt"

Anybody who looks can see that Trump and his campaign colluded with the Russians, but Barr was able to take control of the narrative and say just the opposite.

7. No wonder Barr has fought to keep an unredacted version from Congress.

13. Not McCabe I'm betting, based on what he has come out and said recently.
