Here's a thought about arresting any admin refusing to testify.

Since Congress doesn't have a jail system in place and might use a hotel consider that along with spending time locked away from family include other penalties. Such as fines that would also include the cost of renting the room and having security. Make sure that they don't have phone privileges or access to a cell phone. Limit their tv access to MSNBC or other comparable network news.

The Congressional Research Service issued a report in July that confirmed Congress’s inherent contempt powers. It explained how they work: “The individual is brought before the House or Senate by the sergeant at arms, tried at the bar of the body, and can be imprisoned in the Capitol jail.” Congress can do this, the report concluded, to compel them to testify or to punish them for their refusal to do so.

and held him in contempt. It will be interesting to see if they try to use that authority in these cases, doubtful but interesting to watch for regardless.
