WRONG, Mueller DID INDEED find evidence Trump conspired. Just not enough, in his judgment.

That is VERY different from saying Mueller found "there was no evidence Trump actively conspired with Russia." The report does not say that anywhere. It says it could not establish conspiracy.

however, Congress does not have the same standard as a criminal court, which is beyond a reasonable doubt (90% or greater chance of guilt)

The only reason the report came out the way it did was DOJ policy that you can't indict a sitting president. Also, Barr shut the investigation down early, before Mueller could indict his son and daughter.
