So the Coast Guard domestic terrorist was released?

I guess I missed this news item on DU on Friday. His name is Christopher Hasson. Media comments that if his name was al-Hasson, he'd be in gitmo already.

Hasson was the one arrested for having a kill list, including top Democrats, media people like Joe Scarborough, anyone opposing Trump, and was armed to the teeth. He's white, so I guess they let him off with a warning.

Just make it up as you go along?

The judge, btw, is an Obama appointee who was opposed by Republicans.

Hasson was not released.

Your information is wrong.

Judge Day has ordered the defense and prosecution to confer on what form of supervised and monitored release might be appropriate.

Hasson remains behind bars. People are repeating misinformation.

Hasson will not be released from custody immediately as the details of his supervised release are being agreed upon. Day instructed Oyer to confer with prosecutors in the case and propose options that he will select from at a future hearing that was not yet scheduled.
