Rosenstein just resigned!!!! effective May 11th

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who appointed special counsel Robert Mueller to investigate Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, submitted his resignation letter to the White House Monday.

It is effective May 11.
"We enforce the law without fear or favor because credible evidence is not partisan, and truth is not determined by opinion polls," Rosenstein wrote. "We ignore fleeting distractions and focus our attention on the things that matter, because a republic that endures is not governed by the news cycle."

But I don’t get it. Why quit now? He lived in fear for two years that trump would fire him now he quits, spouting bullshit as he goes?

I don’t understand republicans. One would think he actually believes what he’s saying.

Of how he was bullied by Trump and threatened to lose his pension if he didn't go along with him.

I know I'm in the minority here at this point but I kind of like Rosie and hope he still comes back fighting. We know something is up cause he blatantly changed his tune about a few major things so we'll see I guess.

To end up like McCabe with zero pension after all his years.

You could see as he stood behind Barr he was forced to be there.

I think part of the attitude we have seen was his attempt to make Trump believe him. It worked and most of us think he sold out but really what a predicament to be in lose your whole life pension or suck up to horrible president.
