Dang phone calls at 8:10a. m., when I'm planning to sleep another 2+ hours.
Dang phone calls calling me from the bathroom to hear a lot of nonsense.

I finally bought a set of phones that display call # & place calling from.
Dang phone calls list places that are not valid locations.
Dang phone calls imitate phone numbers I have legitimally received.

New phones have a blocking mechanism, which I've been using liberally lately.
I don't know if I'm blocking any legitimate calls, and don't know how to unblock them if I am.

Dang telemarketers.....

If callers are legitimate they will leave a message and I call them back. Any calls from my contact list are answered.

Almost all my calls anymore are bogus. People who know me just text me.

I feel I have to be available to a family member in a long-term care facility who is psychologically needy.
My cell phone is a flip phone; I don't text. (Suppose I could, but I don't care to.)

instead of call. With a text I can right away whether it is bogus, I ignore all phone calls from numbers that are not programmed in my phone's directory.

But, I get your point. Some job classes are one step from extinction. The surprise is what jobs come next (hint, many pay well).
