"If you can convince the lowest white man he's better than the best colored man, he won't notice you're picking his pocket. Hell, give him somebody to look down on, and he'll empty his pockets for you."
Trump spends all of his rallies, tweets, and helicopter "pressers" reminding his base who to hate and who to "look down on".
His base has found their savior and they have an almost religious fanaticism toward what they're willing to give up for their new church and its fundamental white supremacy theology. We talk about candidates capturing an electorate's heart. By feeding their need for supremacy, Trump has created his own version of The Crusades - people who are willing to empty their pockets and effectively give their life for their religion.

(15,751 posts)4. Hate is big in pol'tics no question.
However, we need to go after the middle 60% to win big and hit traitortrumpism big.
Hate if big, and so is fear for one's own life. Fear of trump will at some point some of the scare the 20%-40% republican sector support. Fear is already motivating the voter majorities, including Never trumps and other 'cons, against traitortrump.
