It is a good thing for the Dem Congress to use in other cases for the cover up by the W House. Now when people aren't allowed to testify or turn info as ordered in subpoenas they can use this case as a "win".

The POTUS can't control the accounting firm but he will still fight it. Will the accounting firm turn the data over is another matter. If they still refuse it would be contempt which would also be good for the Dems.

a US attorney under Obama - she said that it will likely go to SCOTUS, but they are typically VERY deferential to lower court decisions and would likely overrule only if the lower court judge abused her discretion.
