(27,813 posts)That's abject stupidity. All he's doing is reminding people that he doesn't know the difference between an REO and a cookie - just like he doesn't know anything else about the department he allegedly oversees.
Way to go, chuckles!

(37,152 posts)He was grilled over something he doesn't consider his responsibility to know, so he's mocking the griller with a phoney, "jokey" "goodwill present".
After all, he has to make a display that he wasn't bested or caught looking like a dumbass, or else he'd have to admit he was, and he can't have that, can he?
And he's only reminding people who already know that outside his area of expertise he has a mind as sharp as a beach-ball, and just as weighty. For everyone else, he can count on FOX to puff him up and attack Congresswoman Porter.
