May there be some more peaceful realm for these people--just trying to live their lives as are we all. Perhaps their heartbroken friends and families will find peace through action in support of future prevention.

So sad. Seeing the faces of the victims brings tears to my eyes and reminds me that they were not just statistics, but real human beings with lives, families and friends. Their deaths were so senseless and tragic, all because of the possibility of a an angry person being able to easily get his hands on a gun. RIP

6. So tragic.

Will we EVER do anything about the sickness of gun violence in this nation? I just fear that news like this will become a regular weekly occurrence. Not even a headline anymore. Just buried in the 2nd or 3rd page news somewhere. It has become so commonplace.

3. This one strikes close to home for me

As a Professional Engineer working with municipalities, I have spent countless hours in offices just like this. Meeting with clients, researching project, processing permits, etc.

I read this list of victims and their job descriptions and my mind drifts to dozens of friends that work in exactly those positions and environment. No one is safe in this environment.
