It brought to mind that Texas saying that I think means all flash and no substance.

all naming rights, no building anything.
my personal trumpkin thinks he was actually an active contractor, striking all the deals, holding all the threads together, and building those properties all over the world.
he couldnt believe me when i said he didnt do shit, except slap his name on those buildings, and pick out the fabrics.
