someone wanna save me the time so I can point out why there is NO comparison between what Obama DOJ did in that case and what is happening now please? As in the current DOJ being partisan and refusing to enforce subpoenas.

The supposed context for the right is that the IRS under Obama was exclusively targeting right leaning groups for 501(c)3 violations.

That is, and was, incorrect.

she targeted wrong doing and MOST of the wrongdoing just HAPPENED (big surprise) to be by righy

Would we accuse a DA of bias if they sought to charge domestic abuse cases and it turned out 80% of the offenders were men? Would that DA be guilty of bias against men?
