of accident. They said he was headed toward the Statue of Liberty. Do they even allow helicopters to land there? And the machine was empty, other than the pilot, so why was he headed there?

for a chopper to land. Big ventilation fans is what are up there. If I'm not mistaken, NYC does not allow helipads on skyscrapers in the city. They haven't for years.
