At some point you have to be done!
In 2006 I almost change my registration to Independent when Pelosi took impeachment off the table.
I am fucking done with this appeasement bullshit, all types of excuses for not moving forward with impeachment, no lines that can't be crossed. At some point you need to knock some fucking heads, I don't care who get's bloodied, I don't care who gets upset. We are in a fight for Western Democracies, if people can't step up and fight, then I don't want to be a part of that team. So the clock starts for me, 48 fucking hours, they Dems come out strongly for Impeachment or I become an Independent on Monday. I will never vote for a Repuke, but I will not support any Dem that isn't fully on board for impeachment, along with charging and prosecuting these criminals.

2. I've never been a Democrat
Always been an Independent Leftist who sides with the Democrats. The corporate centrist and DLC Dems made them too toxic for me to join the party.

3. Damn skippy
Am sick and tired of the thugs getting away with so much while we just wine. My whole life they have gotten away with so many crimes starting with Reagan. Just can't take it anymore.

4. They keep getting away with it because
1. Some elected Dems are paid by the same corporate sponsors
2. Some Dem voters toe the line The end result is Repukes can play the "both sides" game and the casual observers perceives the Dems as being weak. So we have a lose/lose situation. Time to win, we can win as Dems or we need to peal off and win. Dems have a chance, but the window is rapidly closing. To add, corporate media will be against us, including MSNBC, so we need to be prepared to take it too them forcefully. And take a page from the repuke playbook, never apologize. In our case we refuse to apologize for being correct. |

8. "...no lines that can't be crossed."
...sure seems that way...
...trump's right, he could shoot somebody in plain view and we'd go along with it...the man's a positive spellbinder...he seems to have this magic thingy over Nancy... ...honestly rufus, I believe we're waiting until after the 2020 election is stolen by putin and trump to impeach trump and tongue-lash putin...this way we can still take the high-road, keep our powder dry and not upset anyone...we surely wouldn't want to upset anyone... ...why we don't take the initiative and wrap the trump albatross around the puke's neck is beyond me...force them to go on record and vote in his defense...if you ever figure out what our long term strategy is and what it all means, let me know... ...I'm confused... ![]() |
