Now, with 2 of the world’s largest oil-producing regions -- Venezuela and the Middle East -- in chaos, Texas’ booming Permian basin region is suddenly a crucial point of stability in global oil markets.

Shares in US oil operations spiked significantly yesterday in response to the volatility in the market.
Most oil buyers won’t abandon their existing suppliers… yet. But if conditions continue to deteriorate, lots of global oil junkies are going to start lining up on Texas’ dusty doorstep.

Venezuelan Crude went to East Coast Refineries because of it's high sulfur and Bitimus nature. Much like the Crap in eastern Utah. Believe it is called Feed Stock,which is necessary to keep the Cracking Towers going.

Really has the Koch Stench to it as well as the Saudi's who just bought a large Crap Refinery just for their own Crude. Someone wants Putin and the Saudi Royal families mega dollars to replenish their reserves. Russia is supposed to be in a major hurt for money. They floated tens of Billions in dollar denominated Bonds last fall to make Pension Payments .
