4. It's not an oath it's an honor system.

If it was truly an oath then we would have president pence and Trump would either be in prison or on trial.

5. Presidential oath of office:

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oath_of_office_of_the_President_of_the_United_States

"The oath of office of the President of the United States is the oath or affirmation that the President of the United States takes after assuming the presidency but before carrying out any duties of the office. The wording of the oath is specified in Article II, Section One, Clause 8, of the United States Constitution.

This clause is one of two oath or affirmation clauses, but it alone actually specifies the words that must be spoken. The other, Article VI, Clause 3, simply requires the persons specified therein to "be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution." The presidential oath, on the other hand, requires much more than this general oath of allegiance and fidelity. This clause enjoins the new president to swear or affirm that he "will to the best of his ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."[1]

Text

Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:—"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."[2]".....(more)

11. Your statement proves my point

I fully expect that if Trump were about to be impeached and removed from office then he would resign and Pence would pull a Ford.

If Trump loses the 2020 election I expect this to occur. It's why I question Pelosi's thought process. She has to realize that the Republicans I'm never going to allow Trump to serve one minute in prison. It's a ridiculous fairy tale, a fantasy written by some hack fan fiction author. Trump loses in 2020 that is going to resign and Pence will take office for the singular purpose of pardoning Trump.

It's either this or Trump refuses to leave office in which case we will have a huge problem much larger than anything we have experienced. It would lead to violent protest on both sides. I don't believe the Republicans will allow it which is why I Pence will become president and the fat fuck will never be indicted.

8. Trump himself has told us in no uncertain terms no matter the reason he will NOT leave peacefully

Listen to the language he uses, particularly at his rallies: Deep state, coup, civil war, revolution, rebels, MY judges, MY military, MY militia, MY cops. If you read the news then you know he is NOT just whistling Dixie. NEVER before in the history of this nation have those last three institutions been divided by party. They look the other way during backgrounds checks for weapons, he pardons war crimes, his judges hand out slaps on the wrist to HIS people.
In OK we had a sheriff's department KNOWINGLY hire a member of the KKK because it was the reason he was fired from his last job. The Tulsa City Council currently has a proud member of the KKK serving with the full support of most Tulsa residents.
Go to a military forum and see what they are talking about - it's not the Constitution.
Go to a cop forum and see what they are talking about - it's not justice.
Visit the 3%ers or the Oath Keepers, you can discover their fav weapons and methods for killing liberals and how often you can rape a woman before she is no longer useful.

Sounds crazy huh? So did the prospect of Trump becoming POTUS...
