1. "How safe is it really"?

What do you imagine the risk is?

4. Well, maybe it is paranoia on my part

but with hacking and the dishonest administration What rules did they change for themselves to use the information for their own use to further the damage they have already done? Gerrymandering comes to mind. Finding out who one may or may have not voted for.

2. No one can say if they have always came with that statement.

The first Census was in 1790 and who knows what it said. In recent generations they have had that statement. They are simply stating what is in the Constitution.

As far as doing it online if you are not comfortable doing things online no one will convince you otherwise. There are many people who will not do anything financial online and I would never try to tell them it is safe. I have done everything online since it could be done and never had a problem. But if you don't want to do then don't do it.

3. 100.00 fine for not completely answering question/questions.

$500.00 for false answers, tho how they could tell some were false I don't now.

Online.....safe?? About as safe as your bank/credit card info, that gets hacked about once a year, which is why I do not do it when $$$ or privacy is an issue.
