I suspect the political winds are going to be blowing furiously as well as unpredictably over the next year os so.

The House needs to pass a Democratic Party social security strengthening bill now, and send it to Mitch so that all the older white voters in Florida can watch him shit on it.

I live in Florida, mostly senior areas. This is so accurate. They are about equally worried about the impact of environmental problems, think it will mess up the golden tourism business. It can make a big difference.

DeSantis has currently been able to capitalize on the perception that he hasn't been as extreme as Scott was on certain issues, especially the environment. This of course is belied by other examples where he is just as bad as Scott, but like Jeb, he has good P.R. in the state.

Remember though that Jeb had similar approval numbers and yet the two presidential elections that took place during his tenure were exceptionally narrow in margin (most notoriously, of course, being 2000).

So gubernatorial approval numbers in Florida don't necessarily translate to how the state might vote in a Presidential election.

Cheap green paint.

We'll see what happens when push comes to shove over water, the Everglades and Big Sugar. My guess would be big fat bupkis, other than some tut-tutting, and maybe a "Task Force" or six.

That's to say nothing of blue-green algae and red tide blooms, which don't operate according to anyone's political calendar.

the Gov approval numbers? the next line says Minimum wage hike is supported 4 to 1. Point me to a REPUKE that supports raising the minimum wage.

From previous posts of yours, I believe that you and I are in the same income range, ion you seem to report it, I don't. Then again I don't think it fucking matters, you may have a different opinion. Other that, we don't seem to have much in common. You see, I fucking hate sell outs, doesn't matter if they are Repuke sellouts others pretending to be Dems.

So rather than alerting this thread, which someone could make a valid case, I am taking a different tact, an in your face, back it up mother fucker stance.

p.s., you want to meet for a beer? I am more than happy to, I'll buy, the next two rounds are on you.

Dems need to go hard in on Texas. If they do and Texas flips, Florida is irrelevant to the equation.

If we are even close in Texas, Florida is in the bag.
