1. Mercurial boss? No, he's worse, and not a consensus person either, it's either his way or ...

the highway (consensus requires the joint agreement of most of all of the subject matter experts in the meeting(s)).

He's just proving to all of us on a daily basis why he's declared bankruptcy so many times, why he's remarried so many times, why basically he's a disgusting human being.
