Trump's "Whip carrying" chief of protocol-Ambassador Lawler, pulled off job just ahead of G20 summit

BREAKING: Trump's chief of protocol, Ambassador Sean Lawler, pulled off the job just ahead of G20 summit amid allegations of discrimination and harassment, officials tell @NBCNews. Full story coming from NBC

WASHINGTON — The Trump administration’s chief of protocol in the State Department has been pulled off the job just ahead of the G-20 summit amid an investigation into allegations of discrimination and harassment, U.S. officials said. He is not expected to return to his job.

Two U.S. officials said that employees in the chief of protocol's office had been informed that Ambassador Sean Lawler had been suspended indefinitely pending the outcome of the investigation. A third official said that Lawler had told the State Department's leadership he planned to submit his resignation to President Donald Trump after the G-20 summit, which starts Friday in Osaka, Japan.

..............

Among the behaviors that had caused concern, according to two U.S. officials, is that Lawler was known to carry a whip at work in what was perceived as an attempt to intimidate colleagues.

Mary-Kate Fisher, the assistant chief of protocol, will attend the summit instead, the officials said.

This whole "administration" is blowing up!

I often wonder what President Obama thinks when he see's this BS. He knows what it takes to run a White House. I wonder how Hillary Clinton feels as well. It's so far beyond SMH, I can't even say.

How can we sustain this for another year and a half???

Bullying is not limited to the teen years. In fact, more and more people are reporting bullies in the workplace. Some studies indicate that as many as 54 million Americans have been bullied at some point in their career. Workplace bullying can occur between anyone in the workplace. But perhaps the most difficult situation to deal with is bullying by a boss—the very person responsible for your advancement within the company.

Many times people do not realize that their boss is bullying them. Instead, they believe that they have a tough boss or one that simply pushes his employees to get results. But it is important to be able to identify workplace bullying because it can have significant consequences.

Signs Your Boss Is a Bully
Your boss is a bully if he does any of the following things:
  1. Verbally abuses you. Bullying bosses are notorious for humiliating employees in front of others. For instance, he might shout, swear or yell at you on a consistent basis. He also may make offensive jokes at your expense. Verbally abusive bosses also make snide remarks or offer unfair criticism. And they have been known to ridicule and berate their employees on a regular basis.

  2. Intimidates you. Intimidating behavior might include threatening to fire you as a way to maintain power and control. He also might make threatening gestures or threaten to physically harm you. Other examples of intimidating behavior include towering over you, invading your space, and giving intimidating looks.

  3. Questions your adequacy and your commitment. Bosses that bully question your adequacy by belittling your opinions and ideas. This behavior may take place in private or in front of others. They also may blame you for problems at work while boasting that their skills are responsible for good outcomes. And they may question your commitment to the job unless you work long hours and sacrifice personal time. Consequently, when you do not put in long hours, you may feel fearful that you will be fired.
