He can't use Federal FUNDS to turn it into a political rally. That is where HATCH comes in and the actual statute I cited.

WILL HE? No doubt. But he will be subject to violations of those specific statutes. YES, I know.. Don't whine at me as to how he'll get by with it. But it will be violations nonetheless and CREW will file. Ultimately Congress can use this as well against him.

Not unlike his total disregard for the emoluments clause of the constitution, which is before the courts right now.

The normal fireworks, etc is still going on but I don't know what the time is, etc. If real Americans went to the real parade his BS Parade will be as popular as his Inauguration. Too bad there isn't a Women's March in DC that day.

Damn! Good thing I don't have to boycott that...one of my favorite holidays and celebrations. I will be on the opposite coast wishing evil thoughts like I wish HE were on one of those firework rockets and was blown into space permanently. Unfortunately, no storms predicted for the 4th in DC, but it will be hot and humid. Maybe he'll stroke out from the heat. That would give Independence Day a new meaning.
