Don't bother with Morning Joke....

...and I usually avoid it anyway, but happened to tune in at the beginning today. Nothing but hyper criticism of Democratic candidates.

Why can't MSNBC get a different morning show? Most of the evening line up is OK (even though tweety is pretty hard to take), but MJ is just awful.

...heading to CNN and the local news now...then off to work!

… the "free health care" for immigrants statement by Joe. Instead of explaining it - how Mayor Pete did, for example - Joe just said that's what every Dem wanted.... that's not what the question was... we would offer coverage. In a sense, we do now, in emergency rooms. I know that's how the Republicans will frame it, so Joe is correct in the warning... but he is a spinner... Later they played the question and Buttigieg's answer was good.

good points about winning an election.

1) I think Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders looked past their prime.
2) I think it will gnaw at the middle voters that an immigrant can get free healthcare but it is difficult for them to get healthcare, especially at a reasonable cost. I'm not saying that the policy is wrong, I'm saying JS is right about it it delivering voters to Trump. It delivers a talking point to trump.
3) The candidates did themselves no favors by yelling and screaming at each other. It was too chaotic, and we can blame the moderators, but ultimately, it is up to the candidates to be respectful.
