People still without water.

With record rains destroying water infrastructure. People around me have been without water for a month. There trying to fix it. Some have really low pressure. We are under water rationing. But some people are filling swimming pools. Makes me so angry. WTF

fixing and maintaining stuff isn't sexy enough to devote taxes to.

The water dumping out of lake broke the main. Couldn't fix because of so much dumping. Now trying to fix.
