aftershocks being greater than the first quake is pretty rare i think.............. mostly because the majority of the energy has already been disapated.

I have been through Sylmar, Landers, Northridge, etc...and this was was rolling but I felt one good shock it in. Not as gentle as yesterday.

My door was rattling and it was the first time an earthquake made my heart race. It went on so long I was convinced it would be the big one

This is one of those times I'm glad my apartment isn't in one of the highrises

Turn on ABC 7 if you can...lots of reporting. The map they have up is scary as all hell.
