Is Twitter down for...some??...of you?

I can get the sign in page, but when I click to get on, I get a "something's wrong" page.

But when I go to,,,,
https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/twitter
it says twitter is up.

And when I linked from DU post to a twitter post, I could see the thread and interact with it.
