Representatives in the House. If one criticizes Israel why does it translate into hatred of Israel?
Will someone please ask Trump to quote what anyone of them has said? Didn't we say many of the same things about South Africa and its apartheid?
What else will they just allow Trump to say without offering any proof?
I hope soon someone will fact check all the info about the debt and deficit for the past 30 years and show when and under whose administration they exploded.

(102,225 posts)I promptly replied I had no problem with a feminist-issue-friendly man or men discussing feminist issues any more than I would have an issue with someone from out-of-state discussing Colorado politics.
Apparently, this is the one area "non-members" can not tread (at least in that person's view and I have gotten that from others here before). As I am deeply sensitive to the issues and have no desire to offend, I let it go.

It just seems to me we ought to be able to draw a very clear and clean line between antisemitism and criticism of Israel governmental policies and action as we would our own government. But apparently that reflects my own naivete'.

It has been the policies of the Israeli Government that the 4 have questioned, especially by Omar, not attacking the people themselves.

Isn't this the question that got Ilhan Omar into so much hot water for asking a few months ago? I think she had a valid point.
