I was a precinct manager in Georgia last November. Never again, and I'll bet a lot of other folks won't want all the training and trouble. Equipment won't arrive, won't work, or will just be slow. The training sessions won't run smoothly. Last time, we could have hand counted all of the ballots in the time it took to deal with the old machines, including all of the driving to the county office (DeKalb county).

3. Yes. The current machines are 20 years old. This HAS to be an improvement.

view their printed ballot for correctness.

But I'm sure some folks will condemn the system because it COULD BE hacked.

They should have used simple paper ballots and scanners, like in Washington state.

Any questions and they could just recount the originals by hand.

The old ones HAD to go. Maybe they could have gone MORE secure, but this is still an improvement.

Good grief, just look at that mug and the hat that's too small to fit on the pumpkin head!
