Jon Soltz, Co-Founder and Chair of VoteVets.org, just said this about Obama re: military changes:

"...When it comes down to looking forward, this is visionary for the President. This is a bold change in policy. This is the change he ran on. We're done sending massive amounts of ground troops into foreign countries and occupying them and I think that's a huge benefit here."

He was just on MSNBC with Tamron Hall.

Good news. Let's see what he really does. That's usually the problem with Obama. The initial announcement sounds so promising . . . . . . but then the reality turns out to be very different from the initial idea.
