has anyone heard, seen the deceptive Doctor Patient Unity ads on the radio & TV?

they are a front group for the healthcare industry, they are against Congress advancing one of the few significant bipartisan reforms to the health care system still on the docket: legislation to curb the practice of “surprise medical billing.” Like all fascist PACs they lie, turn things around, make it out to be a "big guvmnt" thing.

if they wanted to.

Hospitals could say they will no longer allow physicians and other providers on staff unless they agree to take payers' allowed fees or Medicare's rate, whichever is higher. Physicians could tell non-network physicians that they will not refer patients, specimens, anesthesia services, etc., to physicians, and other providers, who do not agree to the same thing.

More greed in healthcare. Hope Congress doesn't fall for it.

[Yes, I know that Medicare-for-All would end this crud, but that ain't going to happen anytime soon.]

It's in constant rotation up here, targeting Senator Shaheen. Also see it on the Maine stations against Susie Collins.

Will share this with a few people in areas more likely to receive such ads.

Never took them seriously because I figured they were backed by the goddamned money-grubbing industry.
