State Voting Laws, SCOTUS and the Voting Rights Act

Is there a chance that with all the lawsuits in Ohio, Florida, South Carolina, et. al. be an attempt to get SCOTUS to rule the Voting Rights Act of 1965 as unconstitutional?

about ACA. I can't imagine them touching the Voting Rights Act. The firestorm would complete the destruction of the repubbie party. The teabaggers, Rmoney, Clint, and the convention are already killing them. I don't think they would dare.
