Jon Stewart last night, yes, on a Friday, was an absolute must see

http://www.thedailyshow.com/full-episodes/fri-august-31-2012-

The first 15 minutes or so sums up the GOP obstructionism (Romney basically agreed with Rush who didn't want Obama to succeed 8 days into the Obama term, yes Jon has the footage, and more) and .... well, do yourself a favor. Will provide endless ammunition for the next two months.

I want to especially thank the DUer who posted that Jon was doing a show Friday as I would not have seen it. So I'm posting again, with a link, in case you missed it.

and he'd been waiting 10 years to do it. You could tell he was seething about it. And of course he was right. And he wasn't taking any guff from the Ron Christie either.

Wonder if they watched the Newsroom. . . Seems like some media figures are just not willing to listen to the BS anymore. Hope it keeps coming.

I had no idea the two had a heated history together - but that explains a lot about why he got kicked off of ABC.

it was called Politically Incorrect at the time but the same format as Real Time.

The comedians took a week or so off after 911 so I was awaiting their return. I remember when Jon came back too. It was poignant.

I didn't remember it was "D'Ouche" as you call him that was on the show with Maher but I remember what Maher said and being outraged they fired him for it.

Brown shirts. Thugs.

I was gonna post the video link but I see you did. Stewart was classic in showing what liars they all are.
