What the f is that about? Anyone know?

He claims to have "entirely rebuilt our Military into the most powerful it has ever been". I've also heard him say that he's replenished all the ammunition we'd been out of, I guess for years and years! (Have our troops been throwing stones?) There is the claim he has made about having better generals than the ones Obama had. Though I haven't heard him say it in a while, I still never understood how that worked. Did he fire all the old generals and make himself some new better ones?
