Texas high school spends $60 million on football stadium

http://www.nbcdfw.com/news/local/Allen-Unveils-New-Eagle-Stadium-164932936.html

The Allen Eagles will host Southlake Carroll in the first game of their football season on Aug. 31 for the inaugural game of the district's $60 million stadium.

Even before the new stadium broke ground, the project made national headlines.

In 2009, voters approved the expensive new facility because many said the old 14,000-seat capacity was not enough to accommodate the fans.

"It shows that the people of Allen support their kids," said Allen head football coach Tom Westerberg.

I mean real science like biology that includes the latest evolutionary theories as well as biochemistry and astrobiology; physics with the latest geology, astronomy, and ecology including climate science; chemistry with all the biochemical and physical chemistry advances.

And when a student gets to high school make sure they are ready for mathematics.

is a beautiful stadium and the kids were proud. I know it costs 10 dollars to watch a HS football game there, but hell you can get a hot dog and a coke at something like 30 different locations in the stadium. The electronic scoreboard is awesome too, nothing like a electronic scoreboard to boost school pride!

I feel like I have to side with the underdogs here. "Bookworms" who do not care about sports have got to be feeling a little miffed, and are counting down the days until they can move away from their football-obsessed community. I was one of those students, a good student who had zero interest in football.

Everyday I drive by Merrillville, Indiana HS on I-65 and their football stadium is comparable in size to Indiana State. I know for a fact it's a lot bigger than the Manchester college football stadium where my son played.
