They are tying to take over world politics and economy - run them as an authoritarian state, with themselves at the top

The Trump klan may be feeling out the leaders of other countries like Ukraine, Australia, etc., to find out which ones are desperate/greedy/corrupt enough to "play ball" and help Trump. Finding out what their price is. Javelins? For a favor. Perhaps it's the "Art of the Deal" on steroids using the resources and leverage of the U.S. government now rather than his own measly holdings (if there are any).
