is the season. Strange though, even in my Reich-wing bastion here in New Jersey, they are strangly absent.

Our local wingers are certain that neither Romney nor Ryan is black.

(28,762 posts)and still haven't seen one yet. I see a lot of Obama/Biden stickers and a few old Bush/Cheney stickers, but not one Romney yet.
Almost all of my driven miles are in Red Indiana and Red Western Michigan too!

(4,378 posts)Not seeing too many for either candidate though.
Apathy seems to be the front runner.

(16,926 posts)And have noticed only about three. There are a ton of Ron Paul stickers and plenty of remaining Bush/Cheney (whyyyy??).

(1,983 posts)And I've only seen 5 Rmoney stickers. Now in 08 that was a different story there was thousands of McCain. Also I haven't seen any yard signs & I live in the suburb of Edmond OK

(1,941 posts)Three weeks ago I drove from KCMO to Minneapolis to visit friends, then to the Quad-Cities (IA-IL) to visit family and then back to KCMO.
I saw DOZENS of Obama bumper stickers - but NOT ONE Rmoney one.

(35,392 posts)I did see a real rarity ... a Bush/Cheney 04 sticker.
Even more rare, I heard a person admit to voting for Bush43 ... twice ... Kunta Kinte, I found you!!!

(11,441 posts)I'm even seeing "Trickle Up Poverty" bumper stickers, always by some asshole driving a massive SUV.
The other day I was behind a Papa John's delivery guy in a beat-to-shit Saturn. He had Romney and Nobama stickers, plus one about taking away his guns. Poor baby!

(1,267 posts)NE corner of Florida -- VERY red area -- and I haven't seen a single Romney or Romney/Ryan sticker. See a few Obama ones (always warms my heart -- even happened to pull in behind & then walk into my office building with a woman who had one on her car. I told her she was brave. She chuckled & said that every drive across town was an adventure -- lots of honks, curses, flying fingers, etc.).
I still see a lot of Bush/Cheney and W'04 stickers. Just makes me shake my head sadly. How can anyone possibly be proud enough of that travesty to still display support?
The Velveteen Ocelot
(115,681 posts)It was on a big ol' Suburban. Saw it in Red Wing, MN a couple of weeks ago. Haven't seen any others yet, though I've seen many, many Obama stickers. But then, I live in the People's Republic of Minneapolis so no surprise there.
Freddie
(9,265 posts)But no bumper stickers yet (Philly suburbs). More Ron Paul and leftover McCain stickers and plenty of anti-Obama. A fair number of Obama 2012 like my car.

(1,369 posts)I'm visiting family and friends on the Eastern Shore of Maryland (the red part of MD) - mainly Kent County - and I'm seeing lots and lots of Romney signs and large ones at that. I've been here almost a week and have only seen 2 Obama signs. As for the good news, I can watch TV and NOT be inundated with 4 or 5 campaigns ads in a row every commercial break like it is in Colorado. And the only ads I have seen are for or against another gambling casino.

(4,558 posts)And that wasn't even in my state. It was in Texas.
If there were lots of Romney stickers around here, I'd print up a bunch of stickers that say "I pay more taxes than" and put them over them.
