Joe Biden in Wisconsin follows/ tag-teams President Obama's speech in Colorado

Last edited Mon Sep 3, 2012, 01:54 AM - Edit history (1)

Where the President inspired, counseled, and organized his young crowd -- Joe Biden went to the trenches and provided the brutal truth about Romney, Ryan, and our choices in this election.

In a typically friend-to-friend speech, Biden spoke plainly about the hypocrisy and duplicity that has come from the republican campaign through their convention. He talked about Ryan and his budget committee meddling that scuttled any hope of compromise. He talked about Romney's regressive foreign policy and how he had called this President's ending of the Iraq war a mistake; called republicans the recession party . . .

This was Biden at his best; wading through the muck and kicking it back where it belongs. Definitely a must see . . . this is going to be a kick-ass convention!

Not sure if they'll be running more or what, perhaps over the next few days.

I truly believe that Biden speaks from the heart and not from a scripted lie. Lyin' Ryan may think he's slick, younger, smarter, but he underestimates Biden. Biden has more experience and I think that most voters are going to appreciate that he won't have a canned answer on everything. So with that kind of spontaneous element in Biden, I am hoping it will throw Ryan off his game, especially if he attempts to keep his lies straight through the whole debate.

I guess we shall see....

The place was packed.

At one point, the crowd started booing when Biden mentioned what Romney/Ryan wanted to do. Biden said, "I don't want your boos, I want your votes"!

foreign policy during his whole career.

This coming from a party that sold the public on lies about Iraq, Saddam Hussein, yellow cake uranium from Africa, wmds - on and on and on - and are directing these attacks to a man who has world leaders phone numbers on his phone.
When Pakistani leader Banizar Bhutto was killed in Pakistan, Joe was one of the first people to receive the phone call.

The gopers are complete idiots if they think they can tear Joe Biden down.
He is a good man with incredible credentials who connects with every day people because that is his roots.
If they want to tear him down because he steps in his own words - go ahead, and make my day.
Biden is going to rip that slimy Ryan down to shreds in the debates.
