but a lot of America still just not there. Keep the pressure on -- but remember there's a real world out there in which we're trying to capture seats (and perhaps win back state houses). IMO -- our strategy should be ALL about winning. Want to see what Nancy would REALLY like to do? Give her a Senate to work with!

and agree for the most part. (we know that the "public" has the attention span of a gnat .. and you know .. the Joker!!) I think where I might differ is I would tend toward longer range patterns and movements. (and even there, claiming NO expertise). Overall take .. the Trump ship is settling (if not sinking) in the eyes of many .. support much, much softer in many areas .. at the same time the general public is not even CLOSE to where many on DU imagine it to be.
