on Friday night. While I enjoy his righteous rants, I can't trust him. He is still a rethug.

love his rants, but his distraction to the dipshit Starbucks guy was yet another brain fart on his part.

with major libertarian tendencies.

One need not entrust our future to them-- with total and complete belief-- in order to appreciate what they have to say today re: Trump and Republican Congress.

I'll take him more seriously if I see him represent an actual independent candidate or better yet, a Dem!! Schmidt is on probation until then.

respect the laws and norms that govern our democracy. Granted, they are few and far between these days. In the case of "Never Trumpers", a progressive individual doesn't have to agree with their basic conservative-libertarian orthodoxy in order jointly oppose a common enemy who threatens everything this country has ever stood for. Fair elections devoid of voter suppression and foreign interference are critically important. Fair in the manner that we can vote out or against today's NT's once things (hopefully) resemble normalcy again beginning in 2021. In the short term, any coalition of "strange bedfellows" that opposes and defeats Trump is a good thing.
