He would be 42 years, 126 days old when inaugurated on January 20, 2017.

Teddy Roosevelt assumed office at the age of 42 years, 322 days. John Kennedy was 43 years, 267 days.

If he gets elected in 2020, he would rank third. Clinton is currently third (46 years, 154 days), then Grant (46 years, 311 days), then Obama (47 years 169 days).

And I heard this man give the keynote at this year's Texas state convention. I came away from it thinking, "That was the keynote? Who is this guy, and why are we paying attention?"

He's a Democratic mayor in a red county in a predominantly red state. That's all I really know about him, but I wish him well.

I have liked him every time that I have seen him speaking on TV. I think he has a real future on the national scene.
