let's say 40% of the electorate approves of traitor Trump, and 1/100 of that 40% might be willing to take some violent action given sufficient propagandistic calls to action (i do think that's lowballing, but give them the benefit of the doubt for now)

and of that 0.4% only 1/10 are so grossly deluded that they would attack people en masse at a polling place. further, only half of those are capable of arming themselves (with guns, explosives, or whatever) and travelling to a suitable location to carry out a terrorist attack. so 0.02%.

in 2018 there were around 120,000,000 voters. 120,000,000 * 0.02/100 = 24,000 raving lunatics who'd be ready to kill urban voters given sufficient provocation. of that 24,000, if even 1/1000 (24) actually went through with it, can you imagine the suppressive impact it would have across the board? "you're voting today, Bill? pretty damn brave of you."

they are a tiny minority, but they have the potential to change everything.

Whether or not death threats and insane calls like this should be turned into ads. I don't know the answer, but watching this I found it so effective how the call ends with "Trump 2020" it made me think about running this and other threats like it as reverse ads during the campaign and concluding them with "Trump 2020". I'm conflicted about it. This call is so disgusting, but it is a summary of how these people think, and to throw it up on TV just like this might be worth thinking about. Like Biden says, this is about the soul of America. Everybody should see exactly what we mean when we talk about a "Trump supporter."
