Former Rep. Virgil Goode Jr. (R-VA) has qualified for the presidential ballot in Virginia as the Constitution Party's nominee, adding a potential obstacle to Mitt Romney's hopes of winning the pivotal state, the Washington Post reports.

I had planned to move this summer (to a Blue state) but decided to wait
till after the election to make my vote count in the "Odd Dominion".

I could never convince my ditto-head sister to vote D, but maybe I can convince her to
to vote Goode as a "true" conservative.

I wouldn't be surprised if most of Goode's signatures came from Obama backers and most of the signatures for Stein (Green Party) came from Romney backers.
