"Some think Obamacare is the same as free health care, but nothing is free," a voice says in the recorded message. "Obama is raiding $716 billion from Medicare, changing the program forever -- taxing wheel chairs and pacemakers, raising taxes on families making less than $120,000. Free health care comes at a very high price. The Romney-Ryan plan will restore Medicare funding, and protect and strengthen the program for the next generation."

My mother-in-law, bless her heart, told my hubby this weekend that she's heard that under Obamacare she won't be able to get a knee replacement under Medicare (ignoring the fact that she also has great coverage under her late husband's AT&T plan). She's been told this by "good friends" of hers. When my hubby told her that she's being fed lies her only comeback was that she just didn't like Obama although she couldn't say why. Luckily I'm going to have her as a captive audience for a week in October so she's going to get an education.

I'm quickly getting to the point where I'm ready to tell her and my folks that if they vote for the lying douchebags don't come running to us when their lives go to hell. I'm done with correcting their dumbass choices.
