(although, as the Nixon pardon proved, it's possible to pardon someone for crimes they have already committed but haven't been charged with yet), so theoretically, yes. But as Rosenberg pointed out, Stone is useless as a witness.

At least he couldny take the fifth pn anything he was pardkned for.

If he lies again, he can be charged for it all over again.

because Stone’s future testimony is no longer credible due to his history of repeated lies to congress. It won’t be of any benefit for Rump, in fact it would make it look as though he was doing it out of friendship or loyalty which he would view as weakness.
