Losing in Nebraska would be a freaking earthquake for the GOP!
He is also underwater in deep red states like Montana, Utah and Alaska.

That actually applies nationwide and is something we often forget. Just because Rs disapprove of the guy doesn't mean they won't vote for him anyway.
Obama won the 2nd district in '08. I suppose it's possible that our 2020 nominee could, but there isn't much indication of that, looking at House races, etc.
