Why? Because I am a HUGE softie. I'm watching this bit on the the First Lady and I am getting a lump in my throat and it hurts.

I hate that I'm a big softie.

My oldest son is such a softie and he isn't always happy about it. But I told him you can always toughen up a little, but if you don't have a soft spot deep down, you can't acquire one!

I joined the "donate to the prez" email list several months ago, so I shouldn't be surprised.

Man, Oh man! do they spam ya though! 2 to 5 emails a day!

But I give almost every 2 weeks, at least $20, and have been for about 3 months now.
