"What he did", which was the extortion/bribery scheme, to "Why he did it", which is obviously "at Putin's direction". This is how you get conviction in the Senate.

Yesterday I watched waaaay too much Sondland and was exhausted. Right now I've got the tv on with the sound off, waiting for the Republicans to shut up. What I've seen of Dr. Hill though is impressive.

Speaking of the Republicans, has their affect or behavior changed at all? Any signs of deflation or depression? One can hope.
