Your thoughts here please.

After these hearings, it looks like the House is considering possibly calling OTHER witness's. Now this i'm sure won't be easy. You think courts will have to decide the subpoena issue? How long a fight will the house have in the courts? This could drag this out during election year, (which i DO NOT CARE if it does) IMPEACHMENT front and center the election year i think would be to our advantage. (could be wrong here, but that's how i feel) I fully agree with the House decision IF they choose to call everyone they want. Hell the way the hearings are going is GREAT!

with those who flat out fail to show up for a subpeona, nothing will happen. They need to break out the teeth.

they have a pretty good case so far. From what I've heard, Dems will not be "waiting" on any more subpoena appeals.

They're moving forward. They may issue more subpoenas, but if they go to the courts, they will just assume that is more obstruction and add them to the list of stonewallers.

They're moving forward, and I think they'll have a committee vote next week, and go to the Judicial 1st week of Dec. House floor by Xmas and to the Senate in Jan.

2. Contempt of Congress for withholding documents
3. Obstructing justice by instructing multiple subordinates to ignore subpoenas
4. Abuse of Power
5. Bribery or extortion

Lay the case out in Congress and force the GOP to show their' colors. And whatever the result, make them pay in 2020.

My guess is that they have nothing planned, but with the Thanksgiving break coming up, who knows how the story might change by December, when they are back in DC.

The decision from the SC on his taxes will help the House decide what future steps they could take.

...but a better way to go may be to submit articles of impeachment to the Senate as soon as possible...

...then during the impeachment trial Senate Dem's should be able to petition the Chief Justice in granting a request to subpoena all connected people and witnesses surrounding trump ...didn't Sondland say,"...they were all in the loop..."

...under the gravity of impeachment I would expect the Chief Justice would grant such requests and require/force such testimony...

...but I could be wrong...

So we also have to face that the obstruction fight by the DOJ, and the prolonged court fights against subpoena refusals, would actually hurt the impeachment awareness of Americans in general.

Americans will be able to harden their votes with the facts they've already been shown. They've been dramatically shown, and given great lessons with these impeachment hearings.

I think Dems have peaked in squashing most of the propaganda that's been hurled at voters. Such that when the Senate trial votes clearly show senators' true loyalties -- to a man, rather than their oaths -- voters will vote accordingly.

If you doubt that Americans forget, don't forget their 2018 midterm vote that swept the House, and their continued flipping toward Democrats at state levels.

With all the videos and ads that will show them as having thrown our national security away for this venal emoluments-monger imposter president, Americans will not forget.
